MATERIAL DETAILS
At least five hand-applied layers of soft gel. The gold relief is carved into the gel while it is part-set, and the plumeria, lily and citrus segments are sculpted separately before being placed.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Apply to clean, dry nails, pressing at the sides rather than onto a sculpted flower. Avoid long hot soaks and wear gloves for cleaning, which keeps the gold from dulling. Remove with cuticle oil and warm water, lifting from the side - never pry, and never use acetone. Store flat so the carved relief is not pressed down.

No. It is a gold-toned gel, carved and polished by hand. There is no gold leaf or metal anywhere in the set.

Is the gold flat or textured?
Textured. The scrollwork is carved into the surface, so you can feel the ridges clearly under a thumb.
