Return and refund policy

Because every Muoi set is hand-painted and made to order, all sales are
final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind
purchases. This also keeps our nails hygienic, since each set is made
fresh for one customer and is worn directly on the body.

We know that's a firm policy, so below is exactly how we handle the
situations that do come up — including when something is our fault.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Please contact us within 24 hours
of placing it. After 24 hours, your set has usually entered production
and can no longer be modified or canceled.

If Something Is Wrong With Your Order
If your order arrives and the mistake is ours — the wrong design, the
wrong size on our end, or a clear manufacturing defect — we'll make it
right by crafting and sending you a replacement set. You won't need to
return the original, and there's no extra charge.

To request a replacement, email us within 48 hours of delivery at
support@muoipressonnails.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue

We'll review your photos and respond within 24 hours.

Sizing
Custom-fit is at the heart of what we make, so we want your set to fit
well the first time. Before ordering, please use our Size Guide to
measure your nails — and if you're unsure, message us and we'll help you
choose.

Because sizing is based on the measurements you provide, sets that don't
fit due to a measuring difference aren't eligible for a refund or
replacement. If this happens, reach out anyway — we're always glad to
help you measure correctly for your next order.

Returned or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because
it went unclaimed, the original shipping fees are non-refundable. We're
happy to reship your order for an additional shipping fee — just contact
our support team to arrange it.
