🎨 1 – PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Hand-Finished Quality
Each set is hand-finished by our artisans in our Saigon studio. As a result, slight variations in color, design, and detail are natural and reflect the unique handcrafted nature of each set.

Color Accuracy
We strive to display colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

📏 2 – SIZING RESPONSIBILITY

Choosing Your Size
Selecting the correct size is essential for the best fit and experience.

Please refer to our Official Sizing Guide before placing your order.

First-Time Buyers
If you're unsure, we recommend starting with 1–2 sets to confirm your fit before ordering more.

✏️ 3 – MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

24-Hour Grace Period
Orders can be updated or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 Hours
Once your order enters production, changes or cancellations are no longer possible, as each set is made to order.

🚚 4 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Processing Time
Each set is made to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for production before shipping.
During peak seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Estimated Shipping Time

  • United States: 7–12 business days
  • International: 10–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and do not include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and secure delivery address at checkout.

Delivery Confirmation
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it will be considered successfully delivered.

Delivery Issues
If any issues arise, we will always assist you in working with the carrier to help resolve them.

Returned or Unclaimed Packages
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and reshipping fees may apply for packages returned due to incorrect addresses or being unclaimed.

Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any import taxes or duties required by their destination country.
