Gilded Petal is built on a warm greige base that fades into blush pink and butter yellow at the tips. Three nails carry sculpted peach flowers with petals thick enough to throw their own shadow; others take gold-toned scrollwork, raised beaded bands that wrap right around the nail, and small clear stones set along the band. Long stiletto throughout, finished in a gloss that looks wet.

The petals are sculpted one at a time and pressed into place while the gel is still soft, which is why they curl rather than lying flat.

MATERIAL DETAILS
At least five hand-applied layers of soft gel. Each petal is sculpted separately and set into the surface while it is still soft, then the gold-toned scrollwork and beads are laid over the cured base in our Saigon studio.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Apply to clean, dry nails. Press from the sides of the nail, not down onto a flower, when fitting the set. Avoid long soaks and heavy cleaning. Remove with cuticle oil and warm water, lifting from the side - never pry, and never use acetone. Store flat so the petals keep their curl.

Is the gold real?
No. It is a gold-toned gel, painted and built up by hand. There is no metal or gold leaf in the set.
Will the flowers come off?
Not in normal wear - they are set into the gel while it is soft, not glued to the surface. They can be knocked loose by a hard impact, so press from the sides when applying.
How long will the set stay on?
Around 1-2 days with the adhesive tabs in the kit, or around 14-21 days with nail glue, bought separately. Nail prep makes the biggest difference.
